Larkspur Moments – Photography Service Policy

At Larkspur Moments, we specialize in capturing the beauty, strength, and emotion of maternity and birth. This Service Policy outlines the expectations and terms to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for all parties.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • To reserve your session, you must pay a $25 non-refundable deposit, which goes toward your total session fee.

  • Your session is not confirmed until both the deposit is paid and confirmation is received.

  • Clients must confirm their session within 48 hours of the scheduled time. If no confirmation is received, the session may be released or rescheduled.

  • Deposits are only refundable if Larkspur Moments must cancel your session for any reason.

2. Payment

  • Final payment is due before the scheduled session time. Sessions will not proceed until full payment has been received.

  • Payments are currently accepted via Venmo (@yourvenmohandle) only.

  • Sales tax may be added to final invoices in accordance with Colorado law.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • If rescheduling is required, your $25 deposit can be applied to a future session within 90 days.

  • The weather may affect outdoor sessions. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

  • In the rare event that Larkspur Moments cancels your session, your deposit will be fully refunded.

4. Session Expectations

  • Please arrive on time and prepared. Extra time will not be added for late arrivals.

  • Clients are responsible for their own clothing, hair, and makeup unless otherwise arranged in advance.

  • Labor and delivery clients: Please give us as much advance notice as possible when labor begins so we can coordinate timely coverage.

5. Image Delivery

  • Edited digital images will be delivered via an online gallery within 7 days of your session.

  • Depending on the session type and availability, rush delivery (within 3 business days) may be available for an added fee.

  • Raw (unedited) images are not included in any package unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

6. Usage & Copyright

  • Larkspur Moments retains full copyright to all images taken.

  • Clients receive a personal-use license to print, share, and display their images. Images may not be sold or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

  • Unless requested otherwise in writing, Larkspur Moments may use select images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.

7. Health & Safety

  • If you or a close contact are unwell, please notify us to reschedule—this is especially important for maternity and birth photography.



One-Year Milestone Add-On
 Celebrate your little one’s first year with a milestone session. Includes 20 edited images for $50. Available as an add-on when you book a birth or newborn session.
